Tacos are pretty cheap if you just buy a kit at the supermarket and some toppings. Or, make a mexican cheese dip. Mix the ground beef with a block of Velveeta and a can of Rotel tomoatos in a small pan. Serve with tortilla chips.

If you don't like mexican you could always make a meatloaf, or cocktail meatballs, or a casserole.

You can make a tasty meatloaf very easily. Mix in a chopped onion, add some salt and black pepper to taste and some Worcestershire or A1 steak sauce. You can also add in a raw egg or two and some milk as a binder, moistener and as an extender, you can also add in any fresh or stale bread that you have moistened in the milk to extend the loaf even more. Mix well together into a loaf style and bake. If you have any other seasonings laying about, such as thyme, majoram, dill, basil, etc. you can add them to suit your taste. I have made hundreds of these and they come out tasting great!
