You might think that you dont cost her anything but thats not enough to stay there forever. Certain lessons are almost impossible to learn while you live at home. You will always think of her as mom. Her house, her chores, her headaches. Nothing that you need to worry about. Even if you got a job or did chores it would be "because mommy made me" and not a personal growth thing.
Go live outside for a year and come back. Then you will maybe be ready to think of it as a shared thing. If you lived with your buds would you feel responsible for half the rent, for half the bills, for the chores. OR at the very least, if they are doing all the rent and chores would you feel like you should do all the chores? If your buds girlfriend did your laundry wouldnt you feel like you should offer to do dishes or something?
Maybe, but you probably will never get that way if you stay living at home. You will probably never be able to treat your Mom as good as you would treat a bud. You MIGHT work on it real hard and get close enough to get her to let you stay, but probably not.

YOU ARE 29 YEARS OLD! DON'T YOU THINK IT'S TIME TO CUT THE APRON STRINGS?
YOU SPEND ALL YOUR TIME ON THE NET SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO OUT INTO THE WORLD AND GET A LIFE. YOU ARE "TAKEN CARE OF" FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS. IF YOU WANT TO STAY LONG ENOUGH TO WORK AND SAVE SOME MONEY.....HAVE YOUR MOM COLLECT "RENT" MONEY FROM YOU (PLUS NET, PHONE, UTILITIES, FOOD, LAUNDRY, ETC) AND PUT IT INTO A SAVINGS FOR YOU SO WHEN YOU HAVE A FEW THOUSAND YOU CAN GET YOUR OWN PLACE, AND HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH BUDGETING AND PAYING BILLS. ALSO, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AT LEAST THREE CHORES AROUND THE HOUSE (DINNER, DISHES, AND GROCERY SHOPPING)TO GIVE YOUR MOM A BREAK. SHE WILL HAVE A HARD TIME LETTING YOU GO IF YOU PROVE YOURSELF TO BE INDESPENSIBLE, AND GIVE HER SOME LEISURE TIME......WITH THIS PLAN, YOU BOTH WIN!
GOOD LUCK AND TAKE CARE!

Make a deal with her.
tell her that you will do more things around the house, get a job, and eventually move out when you earn enough money. Offer to pay for things too. Remember inportant events like her birthday and mothers day, and do things for her on those days. Like breakfast in bed and gifts. love your mother if she let you stay that long.

Give me a break! Get out of your mom's basement and have some pride. Take care of yourself. Do you want to spend your life taking handouts from your mother? It's one thing to bounce back home for awhile after college...but at 29? Get a job...get a life...and get a clue.

You should talk with her and see what conditions she has for letting you stay. It is her house, and unless you signed some form of lease contract, she can boot you whenever she wants. If you are paying rent, then you have some options as a tenant, but she can most likely still boot you with proper notice (usually a month).

Be responsible and get your own place.. Get a job too if you dont have one makes no sense to be that old and live with your mom.

At 29 it really is time to get your own place and stop depending on your mom. It might not be what you want to hear, but you are an adult, and it's time to start acting like it.
