Can they be harmful on the enamel of the teeth? I know some whiteners can be.

They can harm your teeth if you use them too often. Once every four months is OK per my dentist. I used the Advanced ones that only require 7 days and have had great results. If you look on eBay, you can usually get them for about half price versus the stores.

I have used them ,and I heard on some show on tv that they are made out of the same stuff dentists use to clean your teeth but not as strong..

I went to sleep one time with them on. Didn't swallow them. People tell me my only remaining tooth looks good when I take it out of my pocket to show them...

Nah, I don't know of any damage, dentist has not said anything...

i dont know , i cant ever get them to stay on long enough to make a difference.
