AAArgh! It does not, repeat NOT, cost a different amount to send letters to different places in Europe! That is, if you are mailing from the United States - I don't know about other countries. If you are sending a regular letter that weighs not more than one ounce from the United States to any country outside North America, it will cost you 84c to mail it. It doesn't matter how MANY stamps you use, but the total value has to be 84c. If you are mailing something other than an ordinary letter weighing one ounce or less, use the rate calculator at http://ircalc.usps.gov/default.asp?Mode=Intl_Single&CID=10009

Double the regular postage. Be sure to use official stamps, not those domestic ones they give you when the fees are going up.

I think it depends "where in Europe" but .... I don't know if you can go to their website to find out or not, but at the counter at teh office they obviously weigh it out or tell you... I sent a letter to spain teh other week and I think it was roughly a dollar.

go to the post office, there is different postage to different countries but it's about 90 cents!

depends on what part of europe youre trying to send it to. go to your post office and they will tell you.
