Do you still love him?If you don't, just tell him to leave you alone and don't take his calls any more. If you do have feelings for him, keep the relationship going..maybe move it to the next level. Just be careful, he might be a player..you know him much more than I do.

Unless you like that attention he continues to give you, you should stop communicating with him. He continues to call and want to chat with you because he thinks you may still have feelings for him (because you chat with him also)
Leading a person on is crueler than being very blunt with them. Don't answer the phone, don't return his calls, no contact what so-ever.

flat out tell him to go away. Delete his number off your phone. When he calls don't answer. The guy will get the point eventually.
