One thing you can do is set the table with crayons and have a plain tarp to cover the table and all the kids can draw on it. Also you can bake a multi colored cup cake cake. ( many cupcakes put together that make a cake ) with all different colors. you can tape crayons and paper through out the party room and lots of home made crayola drawings.

wow thats an awesome theme, im tryin to do somethin for my daughter who is turnin 2,,anyway for the theme i would use those crayola crayon banks, maybe hang one off the ceiling, and since its 3 year olds, maybe peanut butter and jelly mini sandwiches with different color jelly, why not take a piece of poster board and put color sheets on there and hand everyone like 3 crayons and let them pick a color sheet to color for the bday girl, i think thats all i got,, good luck

Use a hot glue gun, and a BIG box of colors and some cheap baskets and you can put some cheap 5 colors (I can't spell very well) and maybe some little coloring boooks in them and muit-colored streamers with cupcakes that have those rings on the top of them that look like craynos so the kids can wear them.

Most 3 year olds still eat crayons. Don't go too heavy on the snacks!!

mini-cupcakes work well, and get some large-size rolls of white paper to line the floors with....they can draw and color, and it's easy to clean up and might save your floors.
