There is a website which deals entirely with sausages and lists all the shops in England which sell sausages and what type and where. Go seek as it also gives recipes, ingredients etc

Most towns and cities will have at least one Continental Delicatessan which will sell all that sort of thing from the Continent. Have a look on Yell.com for your area or in the Yellow pages.
In Cardiff we have several Continental Delis which sell Italian sausages, Spanish Sausages and all sorts of other Continental foods (I love those German iced Gingerbread biscuits which they sell at Christmas! Yum!!!)

Try a delicatessen if you have one locally, they stock all sorts of meats. If not then a large supermarket might have some.
