Could you say that in language we can follow please?

Do you mean to say that a parcel was delivered to the wrong address?

If so your supplier must take it up with the delivery company as the contact for delivery is between the supplier and the carrier. You have a claim against the supplier for non-delivery.

The people who have received your parcel can charge for storing it. If they wrote to the delivery company or supplier asking for it to be collected and it hasn't been then they are entitled to keep it as an unsolicited gift.

Go to your local CAB to get help with writing a formal letter to the supplier and delivery company.

I hope you paid with your credit card????

If the company sent it to the wrong address and you have not received the parcel, then their contract to provide the goods to you has not been honoured. As such, you are not expected to pay for the goods. They can at their option, recover the goods from the incorrect address and forward them to you, or send you a new package. Until you are in receipt of the goods, ownership has not transferred to you. I would imagine that they would be insured for this type of mishap.

go to the above address and ask for your parcel, if its something desireable you probably wont get it back.
