You would have to drink a ton of water and spend 6 hours a day in the gym while making time to eat enough fuel to sustain your activity. if you have a job and a life, you will not be able to achieve this goal. maybe if you had two weeks, you could exercise and drink plenty of water and green tea, but the body is not meant to lose that much weight that fast. unless you are severely obese, you shouldn't try it. it could cause health problems. why not just change the way you eat and exercise for an hour a day assuming that you already to exercise and are fairly fit. you need to eat plenty of brightly colored fruits/berries, vegies, lean proteins such as fish, chicken, turkey, ham, and soy products along with whole wheat, whole grain, high fiber carbs such as whole wheat tortillas, bread, pastas, cereals, crackers, and oatmeal. eat 3 moderate meals a day along with 3 reasonable snacks a day and exercise before breakfast and after dinner for optimum weight loss. you should be eating between 1500-1700 calories a day to lose weight and 2000-2200 to maintain your weight. incorporate weight training and resistance exercises to help you build muscle which will raise your metabolism causing increased calorie burning even at rest. you should be losing around 2-3 lbs a week. good luck

you can lose that much water weight in like an hour. You will not lose 6.6 pounds in any healthy manner in five days though.
Why do you need to lose it?
If it is for a sports weight class just cut the water weight and drink Pedialight or watered down Gatorade after weight in.
Also if you are in sports and cutting weight for weight-classes talk to a doctor or trainer about how much you can safely cut. I know when i was in wrestling we would have a doctor do body fat % on all of us and tell us how much we could safely cut water and fat off. then the coaches would not let anyone go to a weight class under what the doctor said even if they cut the weight off.
If it is for some other reason don't be dumb and just exercise and eat right. What does 6.6 pounds matter. you will probably gain weight if you get heather do to more muscle replacing fat.

Yes, it is possible -- but to do it, you'll have to lose water weight, since you cannot burn fat that quickly. To lose water weight, you'd have to do certain things to become dehydrated. Not a good idea. This plan could land you in the hospital.
This is what you do. You eat right and drink lots of water -- eat several small meals during the day (fish, chicken, cheese, yogurt, fruit), and you exercise for about 1 hour a day. In five days you'll lose about 2 lbs., you'll feel great, and it will be a plan you can stick too. Don't jeopardize your health to be thin. It's not worth it!!!!!

Drink lots of water - Depending on your normal intake this should do the trick. Most weight loss plans recommend 8 8oz glasses a day. Works every time for me. Nothing unhealthy about it. Unless of course theres something in your water.

Only eat fruit, vegetables and fish or chicken. Have no fat and carbohydrates whatsoever. Mind you, you can do that for these 5 days at the most! 5 days is too much already.

You can actually lose about ten pounds in a few seconds. Just cut off your head!
Don't be a fool. It might be possible, but it's stupid and you shouldn't even try it. Slow and steady wins the race. Get off Yahoo Answers and go do some exercise.
