Nice try here, you are using some really good spin to trap people in to answering the question the way you want to hear the answer. I will answer the question, fairly and without spin, totally based on the facts. Sure, there can be discrimination on any person who is located in any country, for any reason, people are like that, they discriminate, and it doesn't matter where in the world you are at. But what you are asking about isn't an issue of discrimination. It is an issue of whether illegal immigrants in the US should be here or not. That isn't discrimination, it is an issue of legality. To discriminate would be to disallow a person from doing something they have a legal right to do, based on some sort of prejudice or bias. Enforcing the laws which require persons from other countries to abide by our laws is not discrimination. It is law enforcement. Any person who currently resides in the US illegally, should of course be required to leave, THEY ARE BREAKING OUR LAWS. That is not a human rights issue, it is a legal rights issue, and if you are not in a country legally, you have no legal rights to that country.

Mexicans aren't discriminated against. The activists tell them that so they will feel like victims and blindly follow them. Many people are fed up with illegals flooding our states and taking services meant for and paid for by legal citizens. We want our children to learn in schools that aren't crowded with non-English speaking students and we want our hospitals to stay open so we can use them when needed. This isn't discrimination - it is wanting what we pay for to be used by legal citizens. Unfortunately too many illegals are led to believe that they are being discriminated against and that they have a "right" to take our services that they aren't paying for. There is a big difference.
