where can i get a free copy of Microsoft Picture It!?

it has to be absolutely free.

I doubt if you can download a free copy from the internet. The one I have (Microsoft Picture It Express 7.0) was free, but it was bundled with a package of photo paper I bought. Not sure if it was Kodak or Avery, but it's been a couple of years, so I don't know if they still offer it that way.
