It looks like you are asking some pretty good questions, especially in comparison to many of the other "questions" that get asked here and you already have unlimited access to ask and answer questions since you have made it to level 5 so the question you need to ask yourself is this...
"Will I do more good by getting people to consider the topics I would include in my questions or by sharing the wisdom that I possess in answering the questions that are currently available to give my input on?"
