Chances are he will be arrested for driving while license suspended but he will be able to bond out rather easily for a charge like that. The bad thing is that if he continues to do this sort of thing then he will only prolong his time before he can get his license back...I just hope he doesnt have one of the kids with him when he gets stopped...

Florida Statutes

(5) Any person whose driver's license has been revoked pursuant to s. 322.264 (habitual offender) and who drives any motor vehicle upon the highways of this state while such license is revoked is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084

For a felony of the third degree, by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 5 years.

$5,000, when the conviction is of a felony of the third degree.

Stop him from driving.

Not very responsible of him, was it?

If he owns his own business his best option is to hire a driver. If he gets pulled over while driving, yes he faces arrest & fines, and his vehicle being impounded.

You sure you wanna be with somebody with such a lack of respect for laws and with such a lack of maturity? He's got kids for crying out loud. He needs to think of the consequences of his actions.

Guess he needs to hire a driver, or get used to public transportation. He'll be looking at hard time in prison if he's caught again; possibly with a lifetime revocation of his right to operate.

You've got a real loser by the tail there. I'd be reassessing my options personally, but it's your life.

Quite frankly, I wouldn't want to do business with anyone who was so irresponsible.

have him hire you as a driver and take your 6 month old son with you and go for your 8 yr old girl after school. then he can write you off as an employee.

Sorry, but rules are rules. If he is caught driving, he'll be arrested and charged, as he rightly should.

My Advice, take the Bus, Tube or Metro systems

Based on your account, he brought it on himself. He knew he needed transportation, and he ignored the law. If he dives, he should go to jail.

He'll be arrested and whatever he's driving will be impounded.
