Go to AutoZones' site and choose the year you need.

I have an old Dodge Shadow that I had to change some vacuum lines on. I went to http://www.autozone.com/ and they actually had a short tutorial for changing the hoses. You might find something there to help you. Checker or Cragin websites have the same tutorials. (Whoever's available in your area.) I refer to that website allot. I fix slot machines, I don't really specialize in car repair.

Check on the sticker or VECI decal that is located near the front of the engine above the radiator. It will show you the colors and where the hoses are supposed to go.

The major paths of the vacuum lines is usually found on the header that is on top of the radiator. The best source i have found is a Haynes manual, they seem to be year specific for your year of vehicle where Chiltons covers a whole Gamut of years.
