My cousin is a girl and wants 2 be a guy. She wants to have a dick and wants to pee in a urinal. She's 17. She has big boobs. She has told her mom that she wants a sex change. Her mother is a lesbian. Her mother did have a husband and had my cousin, but then she divorced him and changed lezbo. Anyways, she told her mother's about this and they are totally fine with getting her a sex change.

Her question is:
Would they cut her boobs off?
Does it hurt?
Is it safe?

Your friend has a mental illness no doubt brought on by the insanity of her mother. A 17 year old is incapable of thinking properly and should therefore refrain from making any decisions which will have life long consequences. Tell your friend to let it go. She does not want to be a guy, she is just twisted because her mom is a sicko.

1. "Would they cut her boobs off?"
Yes, if she asked them to. They would certainly question her motivation for transition if she does have proiminent breasts and did not want a mastectomy but it is not necessarily obligatory to have them cut off to transition to a male role and go through other aspects of gender reassignment.
2. "Does it hurt?"
On so many levels, yes. You'd be mad to go through a sex change unless you really are transsexual as it hurts physically and much more so on a deep psychosocial level. Those who do go through it do not do so by choice but by the necessity to survive. Particularly for female to male surgery, the procedures are complex and painful. In fact many M2F TSs do not go through surgery as they find they are happy enough with HRT and a male social role. But yes there are a number of options open to your cousin. He must do what is best for him to feel like the man he feels he should have been. Good luck to him.
3. "Is it safe?"
Mostly yes. As long as one uses the appropriate professional services. Of course, as with all health issues, there are some risks and these differ according to the procedures performed and the person doing them. But overall yes it is safe. He should avoid black market hormonal therapy though, DIY treatment certainly is NOT safe.

they would have to cut her boobs off, but i doubt that she could ever have a penis because i know there aren't many spare ones lying around. she could take hormone pills and behave like a man as much as she wants, she will never truly be a man. not biologically. of course it would hurt, but they'd give her medicine to make her asleep and ease the pain later. and as with all surgeries, there are risks. she could die on the table.

It won't hurt during the operation because she'd be asleep, and it must be safe because a lot of people went through them and were safe
