If a guy stares into your eyes for a couple extra seconds after you say something. Really seriously. Almost like he's analyzing you. A straight stare. He has flirted before. What could this mean if anything?

What does it propose whilst the police officer stares into my eyes without smiling? How am i able to tell if he's basically maximum efficient me on? How am i able to tell if he's basically doing it out of aggression? Say awhile decrease back I kinda rejected him? I think its up to you to figure that one out... there are plenty of reasons for somthing like that... it would be even better to just ask. although you may not get the most honest answer... but its a start

he could be playin'. You need to look at the track record for that. or he could be sending signals, but not likely. unless he is gay.

to be frank it probably means he wants you to put out, but he doesnt actually say it so that he doesnt put you in an awkward position. trust me on this i know.
