Why is it that whenever I use the visualizations in the media player it's all slow and sluggish with it's movement? When I right click on the visualization though it moves fast or normal in a sense. It moves normal speed too when I go to full screen. Why won't it move normal when I'm in normal view.

When you go to full screen it changes the resolution of your screen and makes it so your video card and processor only have to render the visualization, however, if you're in windowed mode the video card and processor have to render the visualization (at the same resolution which means it's just as difficult as full screen) plus everything else on the screen.
