Proverbs 8:22-27
The Lord made me the beginning of his work, the first of his acts of old. Ages ago I was formed, before the establishment of the earth... When He made the heavens, I was already there, when he drew a circle on the face of the deep.

Perhaps wisdom came before creation?

He created everything spiritually before it was created physically... and man was the first to be created spiritually. Carefull reading of genesis will shead somelight on this. Also... the Book of moses if you're into that sort of thing.

So, what is your real question?

Besides, Genisis G-d created everything.

Genesis (Greek: Γένεσις, having the meanings of "birth", "creation", "cause", "beginning", "source" and "origin") is the first book of the Torah, the first book of the Tanakh and also the first book of the Christian Old Testament. As Jewish tradition considers it to have been written by Moses, it is sometimes also called The First Book of Moses. Fairly common among Abrahamic followers is the belief that the book was Divinely Inspired (written by God through a human), and is therefore Infallible.

In Hebrew, it is called בראשית (B'reshit or Bərêšîth, Hebrew word #7225 in Strong's), after the first word of the text in Hebrew (meaning "in the beginning"). This is in line with the pattern of naming the other four books of the Pentateuch

God was wise from eternity and before our history
a wise creator and an exceedingly intelligent deisgner

this is in line with the key themes of proverbs

The only thing I can relate this to is the verses in the Book of John, Chapter 1. "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. ....vs.4 "in Him was life; and the life was the light of men." Vs. 17 says:"For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. vs 18: "No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son,which is in the bosom of the Father,He hath declared Him."
It is through Jesus Christ that we come to understand God, through the wisdom and truth , the Spirit of God is in Christ , reconciling us to the Father.

Sounds like the Devil came out of that proverbs, not wisdom

Of course it did, God needed to have wisdom in order to make everything, of course, in this verse, it's talking about the Son of God.

Of course. God always was and always will be. His wisdom was before he created anything.

Yep, I'd say so... in fact, "intelligent design" requires it. I invite you to visit my group's blog at blogspot.com:

There is a lot of hate in this world, and a lot of people use God and Religion as a means to hate and feel justified in doing so. - Doug W
