I agree w/the above, worms comes to the mind first since some cats are born with them, those cats can eat and eat and stay skinny as a rail. Also could be the sugar levels, even boredom, etc. Try a low fat high protein natural food like Nutro or Royal Canin. Also never give an over the counter wormer, those are very dangerous and can cause seizures and possibly death. I would go to the vet asap because it may cost a little up front but if you don't it could cost you alot in the end including your pet. Good luck, I am sure your kitty will turn out just fine.

There are many parisites that live within and off the animals body. Even if the cat looks like it has a full belly the cause may be gas or large amounts of worms. Worms cause a lot of damage to the surface of the intestines and that is only the start of the problems.
If you are a regular client of a Vet they may accept a stool sample and examine it the same day without seeing the cat. Be sure to ask them to check for cocydeia. You really need to book a check up for her. Have you been keeping track of the litterbox and the conditon of the poop. I wouldn't wait longer than one day as the cat's health can deteriorate fast. Ask the Vet if you can drop off a stool sample while waiting for appointment.

Increased and insatiable appetite can be caused by diabetes or hyperthyroidism in an older cat. Usually these things don't show up in the younger cat. Or course kittens want to eat everything and all the time as they burn up so much energy.

So your cat needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian for the presence of these metabolic diseases.

If none of these are present you need to do some serious looking into the quality of her food. Much of commercial cat food is so improper for a cat and her poor body just may be starving for the appropriate food.

How do you know she's hungry? You probably just have a greedy cat. If she's that hungry let her go out and catch something to eat.

it could be a sign of worms
Or She might be "hyper-thyroid" and that is why she is always hungry - you should have her tested for this.
. Please take your cat to the vet

Either she's preganant or she eats very little, each time. My cat only eat a little, each time. Only drinks a little water or milk, each time. So he eats and drinks in sperts.

Could be worms, thyroid problems, poor nutrition.

Could also be boredom - perhaps she is trying to get your attention.

Would suggest you take her to the vet to rule out any physical problems.
