That's really drastic. You'd have to go on a strict diet and exercise regime, maybe 1000 calories a day limit, lots of water, fruit and vegetables, no oils, fats, processed foods, alcohol or sugared fizzy drinks. Walk everywhere or exercise half an hour a day, but this should be a long-term thing. How did you get to wanting to lose a stone specifically? You have to be realistic - half a stone would be a more healthy and achieveable target unless you are very overweight/obese, then you would be able to drop a stone in a month. (Most of which would be water retention.) Either speak to your GP or go to Weight Watchers.

Do you mean a stone, as in kidney stone, or do you mean a stone as in extra weight? For a kidney stone drink lots of water and cranberry juice, avoid foods like nuts,chocolate, caffiene, and dark leafy greens. For weight, excersise and eat protein and no carbs.

how the fcuk did u manage to get a stone in ya, did a little siht throw it at your window and u eat it because u were so hungry?
well basically whats it matter no ones going to notise if u have a stone inside of u, will they?
your out of you mind, never tried a stone for tea whats it like, did u have to boil it first or what/

a million. decrease out all sugars and carbs different than bran, finished wheat bread, etc. 2. Do era education-run or jog instantaneous for a minute as quickly as you may till you experience such as you cant take yet another step-than walk slow for 3 minutes-repeat this 5 situations.

This was a feature in a paper i read the other day, it took a certain diet, detoxins, colonic irrigation, right dress wear, and right make up. not sure if she lost the weight but she looked slimmer. Good luck.

Excercise everyday. Drink water and low calorie fruit juices instead of soda. If you normally have chips/fries with your meals, replace them with green salads.
