That depends on how much fatness you're talking about. Some women are so fat the guy can't find where to put it, so nuthin' happens then she doesn't get pregnant. Maybe if you put a few books to wedge open the blub...who knows. It's a question to plague philosophers.

i have heard of several who got pregnant only after
losing a bunch of weight, but several others who got
pregnant anyway. so if someone needs to lose weight
anyway and is having trouble getting pregnant a healthy
diet would be one thing to try. i would not even think
of being careless just because i was fat. talk about
russian roulette!

Hardly. Probably weight is not the point. You'd better consult doctors to see what really prevents you form getting pregnant. Then you will be able to take right measures.

Yes, it can depending on how much overweight you are. I have heard of some women that loose weight and get pregnant. So, good luck on loosing weight and getting pregnant if that is what you want.

yes if you are morbidly obese like over 300 lbs it can i had a friend who was and had that sorta trouble but she lost alot of weight and now has a beautiful son!
