It would depend on what her title is, what her position is...if she is a manager then she is probably exempt, meaning that she is not paid overtime. But with a salary of 9000 a month that is a pretty good wage, almost 100k a year. If she is unhappy with the situation then she could go somewhere else, but I am thinking that she wont have the same kind of pay.

It is fair because she has agreed to it.
If she does not like it, she is free to go to work somewhere else.
Work in a restraunt is about the worst and most losest paying jobs there are. Most have no insurance or no benfits so this is normal
I would say there is more to the story but this is about normal for the work she is doing

Poor lady is being used by her family. They have no respect for her. She should stop working for her family and work somewhere else. It is such a shame when family take advantage of you when you do so much for them.
Tell her to change jobs and use the qualifications she has with people that will appreciate her more.

This woman must need her head checking to see if her brain is still in there.
She will make herself ill by working those sort of hours every week with no breaks.
Also, why is she being paid in sweeties instead of a decent, fair wage for the amount of work she does?

First you ask if it is fair for her to treat her employer like this, then you describe how her employer treats her. You say she make over 100k/yr at what is normally a low paying job. In addition it looks like hosing is supplied by the employer. Where can I get a job like that.

Cannot answer that as your outline is totally rambling and makes no sense whatsoever. Which country? 9,000 what?
Ask a sensible, well thought out question and maybe you can get a sensible, well thought out answer.
