Some do, but be careful where you get them. Many of the so called keygens that you can download are actually spyware or adware. Also beware that even finding a working keygen can get you in trouble. If the program you are trying to crack connects to the Internet, the software company may put out an update that detects serials not acquired legally, so it might work for a while then one day it disables itself or says your trail/demo has expired. Try to stick to keygens that come with the program from wherever you download, rather than searching for a keygen separately and you will have better luck. Here are a few good sites to try:

Good to use if you want to find yourself in trouble with hackers that made the program and know what you are always doing online because you gave them permission to have complete access to your computer. If you are tempted in doing this please understand that the risk is great and the programs to work. It is what you are willing to risk. I hope you just go to http://www.videohelp.com/ or http://www.bigdoggpinc.com/ and just get the software that is trusted on these sites. I go to http://www.bigdoggpinc.com/ and go to the bottom of the page and enter in the search for software box to find many affordable software. That is the way to go to prevent viruses or any illegal drama while on your computer

do you mean like keygens that came from the manufacturers directly

if it is, then it creates a random code that follows the sequence of any serial number
example:

code=123456789asdf
seqence=##########LLLL

#=number
L= letter

They do, but it is illegal, so if you don't mind stealing the result of the programmer's hard work then go ahead.
