calm down and relax if you get nervous or anxious easily?...besides any medicine

Visualize yourself in a place that makes yourself feel calm; take slow deep breathes and try to concentrate on releasing the nervousness through your breath.

Honestly, the best way to relax is to, first, exercise! If I ride my bike for about 15 minutes(steady paced), I'll use that anxiety. Try some other kind of physical activity if you prefer. Or, maybe even mental activities would help keep your mind off of your anxiousness!

well personally its differant for each person if you want a fast way to calm down breath slowly and reassure yourself that theres nothing to be nervous about etc and just try to calm your mind with thinking about something else or go do something you enjoy personal if you want more help with this matter you should add me to yahoo i have books and books on this kinda stuff too much infor to write here lol

There are numerous ways (as you have seen mentioned in here). What is more important is to realize there is a trigger imbedded within your mind. When that is located and deleted, there will be less tendency to have the reactions you are experiencing. There is a technic to accomplish this..but, it is something you have to do, not someone else.

Try yoga, going for walks, go buy a CD of sounds, like nature, waterfalls, something like that.
