I am a teenager who really wants a girlfriend. I think I would be the happiest guy on Earth if I got an attractive girlfriend that was nice at the same time, and would like me for who I am. I don't want a girl just because she has huge breasts, like many teenagers do, because she could be the meanest person. I want a girl for all the good reasons. I think I'm attractive, but I was wondering what all the girls think. I'll desribe myself now. I am a teenager. I am 6'0 tall and I have a medium build. I have green eyes and short, neat dark brown hair. Many people tell me I have a nice smilr. I always wear nicer, clean clothes. I have a nice personality. Many people say I am one of the nicest people they have ever met. I have a lot of patience. I am pretty athletic. My favorite sport is basketball, but I play other sports. I almost never play video games. I just really want a girlfriend. Do I sound attractive?

Sounds like you've got a great foundation. Just add confidence and you'll be very attractive.
Expect that all girls will like you. If they don't, it's their problem. You'll be surprised at how many more girls will in fact like you and if you keep your humble reasons and don't let it get to your head, you'll have more women than you know what to do with.

Unfortunately, desperation is a really unattractive quality in a guy. Women can sense a desperate guy from a mile off, and we know that there has to be a reason why he's desperate, so that turns us off REALLY quickly. You sound desperate, which makes you sound not so attractive.
It also sounds like you have no idea what you want in a girlfriend (nice can mean ANYTHING - neat, clever, cheerful, a doormat, ambitious, anything, really). That you're more into the idea of having a girlfriend than actually having one.
I'd suggest you spend some time getting to know a few girls as friends first. If you're a teenager, you have tonnes of dating time a head of you. Take it easy and stop trying so hard.

You sound a bit shallow and dieing to get your hands on the stereotypical hollywood thing that they make sound like a great thing, having a girlfriend isn't quite as good as you think and it's alot of work.You shouldn't rush to get somone just becasue it's the thing to do or dieing to not be alone or be with somone, or you may end up failing after only a short time of being with somone or not likeing them that much and possibly regretting getting into a relationship with them, which is why so many teens dating fail miserably .

one of the worst places you could be is in desperate want of a girlfriend. It's not a big deal. enjoy your singleness. You're a teenager, you have better things to put your effort into. By the way, I'm a 17 year-old girl, I think I'm avergage-ly attractive and I firmly believe this. i'm trying to focus on my school, family, and the other important things in life.

First of all you must have a image problem is you have to ask if someone finds you attractice. Think of yourself as attractive and be confident and the confidence will show. Also nice is great but girls like the guys that are funny and outgoing. Try myspace.....

Yes, you sound very nice and stay with those values. The girls who write on this site are really trashy. You have to hang where nice girls hang.....try a church group. Always respect yourself and the girls you want to be with. Just be patient!
