People try to refute your beliefs all the time. Opinions are everywhere, though. As a Christian, however, I've seen and experienced many more things that confirm my beliefs than refute them, in a general sense.

I don't believe anyone has the "right" doctrine, but God does point you towards the right way, and helps clear out things that are innacurate. It just takes a lot of time.

But in general, it's hard to find something that'd refute my belief in Christianity. Evolution, as stated above, is an effort, but it's easily countered with looking at the facts from a Christian worldview rather than a Naturalistic Humanist one's.

Yep. I used to believe that God was irrelevant. Then I experienced God. That experience totally and irrevocably refuted my beliefs.

We're constantly bombarded with ideas that are contrary to spiritual belief, such as the before-mentioned THEORY of evolution. The fact of the matter is that in practically every person's life, there are moments of weakness. We sin because it's our nature to sin. God knows that. It's the reason He sent His son to die by crucifixion. You see, the Jewish nation didn't have Jesus put to death; God did to atone for our sins.
You ask about experience. That can be a dangerous thing because we can be deceived by them. They can lie, whereas God gives us the perfect truth through the revelation to the prophets and the apostles.
So yes, any of us can consider a convincing lie as truth especially when we lie to ourselves.
Christ said,"Blessed are those who believe without seeing".
God loves you. Return it.
