My husband is an avid golfer and plays in a lot of tournaments.
He said the answer is YES.

it says right on the package that it does conform to usga rules but my opinion on them is that they give you no signifigant advantage off the tee. All they do is make you look like a nerd.

i think they do conform - i've used them but I did not see any significant advantage - also, teeing it up allows you to decide what type of drive you're trying to hit - tee it high for a draw, tee it lower for a fade - you have to know what you're trying to accomplish

I play in a lot of tounaments and they are usga rules. we r not allowed to use them.

yes but they suck they are too low and don't work just use regular wooden tees
