About 80% of all of us have oral herpes--the cold sore virus. It's dormant in a lot of people, and it's gross but you can survive it if you get a cold sore. You probably already have it. So avoid stress and always wear lip protection (balm or something) with sunscreen, since that helps prevent breakouts. Other than that, keep it clean (I mean your mouths--oh, you know what I mean) and stay well-hydrated and you'll probably be OK.

Don't know what exactly you are trying to convey ?
It ultimately depends upon your girl friends health condition !
There are so many diseases which can get transmitted through close contact ! It could be viral, bacterial, or rickettsial..
If you can be more specific , maybe answers also could be made more specific !
Best of Luck !
