Muslims believe that Islam will prevail all over the world. They proudly describe the rights given to humans by Islam 1400 years ago, which no other religion gave. The question is that why muslims are a minority in total population of the world, even after 1400 years? Muslims also say that 'Qiyamat' is very near and cite signs of 'Qiyamat'.
When will it be that Islam prevail in the world, especially keeping in view the socio-economic conditions of the muslims and that 'Qiyamat' is due?

Pretty soon, there will not be any. Their religion may have worked a while ago and works as a survival trait in primitive societies, but it has no place in modern society. Muslim countries are behind in every aspect of life, becasue of thier oppresive religion. Take away the oil and the few respectable Muslim countries would be scraping by like the rest of them.
Noone here can name a Muslim country that has contributed to modern society. Oil money doesn't count. Especially considering other countries developed it for them

What are you talking about? Muslims are the second biggest group in the world! There are much older groups which are way at the bottom of list like Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, and Shintos.
I don't know who TOLD you that ISLAM is supposed to prevail and take over the world. We know that for a fact that we are not going to have everybody become a Muslim. Sure, we are told to take the message and relay it to others so that they have a fair chance of becoming Muslim if they want to. Because Allah has told us that we Muslims will be held responsible if on the day of judgement, a person claims that the reason he never became a righteous follower is because he was never told about His message. In today's world, that doesn't hold anymore. With things like international media and the internet, EVERYONE in all corners of the world has instant access to whatever they want to know about Islam, Allah, Prophet PBUH, and the Koran not to mention that there are Muslims living all over the globe with a mosuqe in every city.
As for the end of the world (Qiyamat), the very arrival of prophet Mohammad PBUH, was to be the first sign and others are to follow. And I don't know if you know or not, decline of the Muslims and the deviation of Muslims from the message of Allah is a VERY big sign of the end of the world and that is exactly what is happening. Allah said that they will be no one left to say my name and people will claim that they heard their ancestors mention some such thing. Allah said that he will also lift the Koran out of the hearts of people because He Himself has promised to never let it be corrupted by the word of man like the Torah or the Bible.
Islam is the last chance for mankind and after this only, purely just judgement will be done.

Every body knows by now that Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world and that there are 1.5 billion Muslims in the world (25%) so on what basis you made your thought. The last day is soon but not measured in days and months but at least years. Why you are in hurry, your Qiyamat starts at your death which may come at any time. What did you prepare to answer your creator?

Check your stats chief. Islam has more members than all other religions combined. The Koran also seems to incorporate the Torah (the Jewish Prophets) the Gospels as they really were delivered by Jesus as well as the instructions given to Mohamed. Islam outgrew Christianity in a couple of hundred years...leading to the Crusades.
The premise is that by 600 AD the Gospels had been completely destroyed/re-written by the Romans/Europeans/Pagans and had been lost to the world. God sent his LAST Prophet to re-deliver the Gospel as well as the instructions for being right with God. The LAST Prophet was Mohamed and he delivered the Koran.
Islam will prevail over the world (be the worlds only religion) in the Golden Age when Jesus returns to teach God's laws and the Koran is the only "law book". Before that though there is a short period of tribulation as the armies of the world are wiped out in the wars of Gog/Magog and Armageddon.

Your question is that Islam is still a minority after 1400 years but you are not looking at the facts. If time is the meter by which you check the advancements of Islam from Strength to Strength then look at the Christianity and Judaism. Judaism Started much much before Islam but yet it is declining. Christianity started 600 years before Islam but it has increased 47% only...

You need a little history lesson.
The current fascist countries that you call Islamic were artificially created by British Empire in early 20th century. They were like villages of Ottoman Empire until then. Than US become the major power and kept on supporting their dictators. It was easy to handle people who do not question like Islam supposedly advised. So they loved it the way they are until recently because of their imperialist interests. But some of them did not completely obey their imperials, and that caused a little uneasiness. So they needed another guard. They created Israel out of 4000 years of mythology. gave them all the money and guns, to take care of the bad boys of the region. That caused hatred in Islamic world, which ended up with 9/11. Who is to be blamed here, the imperials themselves or the poor Muslim people who were left illiterate deliberately ?

what are you talkin about..., there are 2.5 billion muslims in the world, the second largest religion, the fastest growing religion in the US. they are not a minority, and sadly misjuged and misunderstood by the rest of the world.
practice tolerance people.
as far as the qiyamat goes (it seems like a urdu/hindi word, rather than arabic and im not really familiar with it, but it seems you are talkin about the islamic version of armageddon) it does not concern me.

You sound like you learnt the word "minority" yesterday. How did you
find Muslims are minority? 21% of world people are Muslims, making it 2nd largest religion after Christianity.
How about Judaism, such an old religion, has been a pathetic minority for thousands of years?

there are millions of Muslims in the world.
Just because they are not the majority in the united states does not mean they are a minority.
Why does any one religeon have to prevail in the world.?.
there are too many compeating faiths to have one beat out all the others.

They are still the 2nd biggest religion in the world.
I really didn't understand your question though, why not apply the same rule to Christians and see how "successful" they really are after 2000 years? How about Jews "The chosen people of God", why aren't they majority after 5800 years?
