Use dishwashing soap to eliminate the oils on your skin. My husband did it and it took the itch away.

Aveeno oatmeal baths may provide temporay relief. Also making a paste of baking soda and water and placing it on the affected area or using witch hazel may also be helpful.

It will burn some especially on the open areas, but clorox dabbed on the infected spots with a cotton ball will dry it up quicker than most otc stuff.

An old man told me to wet down the area with old coffee. I know it sounds dumb but something to do with the caffine really works on most people. Try it . What can you lose? It worked on my husband.

take some oatmeal from the box and put it in a womans stocking tie it in a knot and put it in warm water in the bath tub. It always works for me.

oatmeal bath , coffee grounds ....i have used both ...i am highly allergic to poi sin ivy...i have try ed every thing but i get a shot first thing when i have been exposed to it ...
