Ok I know I'm supposed to go to a doctor. But what do I do right now? It's 1:30 in the night, and I seriously need some sleep....

Does anybody know some breathing exercises that'll help or hould I drink some water or something?

Thanks a lot.

Try elevating your head. Stack several pillows or roll a blanket and place it under pillows. Sleep on your back.
If you are congested and that is the problem you can try boiling some water and placing a towel over your head and leaning over that. Be careful! This will generate a lot of steam, so don't get too close.
You really should see a doctor soon.

I'd go to doctor right away to get checked. It could signify heart problems, or sleep apnea, a condition where you can actually stop breathing during sleep.

Have you gone to the doctor about this problem??? This could be a sleep apnea thing. Good Luck.
