Atheists think that they are smarter that God believers.
Atheists think that they have science and believers have faith.
Atheists think that God believers are stupid, narrow-minded, and needed to be jeered at, while they are super-sensitive about any words a believer may have about them. At a moment's notice the Atheist will call the believers intolerant, unloving, and political incorrect. The Atheists believe that they have the full protections of the constitution while the believers do not.

Well being that I am an athiest, I think christians and stuff have a right to believe whatever they want. I may not agree with it, but I can accept it. If youre asking what I think about christianity, I understand the need, but I believe that It's just a blind belief. I think that the christian belief is just blindly believing in something and leading a life of ignorance, and prejudice. By prejudice, I mean against other religions. dont even get me started on the whole gay/lesbian thing.
Hey they still have a right to their beliefs just as i do. I have alot of friends who are christian and alot who are not. I guess that's just why I don't believe in it.

Being an atheist who is often disgusted by the actions and words of theists, I agree with what most people here said. One particular user said we must feel envy and contempt, which made me giggle. No honest atheist wants to be a theist.

I don't view all theists as unintelligent, however, many that I encounter here and in life are, so I am predisposed to look upon all of them as such. I greatly dislike theists who feel that the constitution protects their right to practice their religion more than my right to live in a society governed by a secular government.

I have always thought that theists must hate how we are happy without the love of a god, and I think that is rather pathetic. Why try to challenge my beliefs? You know I cannot prove a negative, and yet many insist that I explain my beliefs over and over again. Have a nice evening all.

probably that we are unyielding to their way of thinking.....that we are argumentative to them and unfair...it is true that we all feel defensive in some degree when we talk about our beliefs to others who have opposing beliefs for the simple fact that they are so much apart of who we are.....so in a sense it is like attacking each other as people instead of how we worship or choose not to worship.....I think we all can be a little more compassionate to each other...but at the same time realize that one isn't asking or answering questions to change what they already believe but to find out more about the others way of worship...then we can have open discussions and actually find out more about each other without the pressure of feeling like the other is trying to push their beliefs on each other....but maybe that is asking too much ..one can only try...but I am a Christian and I know in whom I believe and I am not threatened by what others believe....it serves to only strengthen my walk with God.....Jesus is My Lord

Whatever they want to, same as God believers. Who can say why some believe in God and some don't?

Hey Who Cares What are you people so afraid of...... We do not go around worrying about what you think of us....... We answer to a higher Authority...and besides if I am wrong about my faith in GOD and you are right I have nothing to lose , but if you are wrong { and you are} and I am right you have everything to lose........... Think about it without prejudice for once will you and find out for yourself do not be lead by anyone read for yourself and then come back and comment or debate when you have knowledge that is power after all..........

I couldn't possibly care less. I have nothing against people who don't believe the same as I do, and I should hope they wouldn't have anything against me. Sadly, after being on Yahoo Answers, I now know that they think I am "retarded" or "dumb as a rock" and other real nice stuff. Still, I couldn't care less.

Atheists do not believe in the existence of theists. As a corollary to a theorem ;-)
