this girl Autumn keep harrasing me about my questions , telling me i am retarted so i want to block her how would i go about doing so?

I don't think there is a way to block someone. All you can do is report them if they harass you or just ignore her. If she's getting a rise out of you then you are giving her what she wants. She's immature and needs to feel superior by harassing someone.

As the others have said, keep reporting her, for abuse.
What she is doing will only work if you let it. If she thinks she's getting to you, she will keep it up, unless, she's bounced by Yahoo. It's better just to ignore her completely.
Delete her answers, and the e.mail of her answers unopened.
