Have you not read:
"What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:14-26)
Someone who claims to be a Christian yet does not obey God is "in danger of hell fire."
"He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." (1 John 2:4)
Jesus did not say in vein, "...I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life..." (Revelation 3:5), if it were not possible to be done.

As far as I know, no. But then, if you're a born again Christian the holy spirit is within you and, upon your conversion you'll generally have a nice sense of sin and repulsion to it for about a year or so, before it starts to fade away and you have to cultivate the spirit on your own.
You should consider looking through the New Testament. It speaks of continuing to sin after you're saved, and since you're still saved, whether you should take advantage of the fact to do all the sinning you can.

no, a real Christian can't be sent to hell. Jesus died for all sins and when you accepted his gift of salvation, his blood covered every sin, past, present, and future. however, don't get me wrong, this is not a license to sin. a true believer still sins but when the believer sins, they are so miserable when they do it.. they have the Holy Spirit directing them and telling them when they are messing up. sins that you did prior to being saved no longer give you pleasure.

A born again Christian The renewing of the spirit from the spirit of man to the Holy Spirit. The spirit of man lies, cheats, murders, steals, backbites, hates, lusts, envies, and on goes the list. When one is born again they find that the things they once thought was so important is not. You find contentment in what you have and not want what others have. You have healing in your soul and being. Jesus described the Christian who turns their back on Him after they were born again as a dog returning to it's own vomit. So yes a born again Christian that turns their back on Jesus can go to hell.

YES, a born again christian can be sent to hell. If you dont live faithfully and have your heart right with the LORD and live by what the BIBLE says and have not been baptized for the forgiving of your sins like it says in (Acts 2:38) you will not go to heaven.

My guess is the dogmatic answer is no, but that the moment you TRULY sin (rather than, say, do something bad but then repent) you're no longer born-again. It's mostly circular logic: If you're born again you're not going to hell, so if you're going to hell you must not be born again.
Well actually that's perfectly logical, but you don't have anything to support premise 1 except, well, more dogma. And popular belief and whatnot.

a TRUE born again Christian strives to be like Christ. When we sin, we feel guilty for it and we try to not do it again. But because we are human, we will more than likely do it again. We all sin but that's why we ask for forgiveness. God looks at our hearts and knows whether we truly want to be with Him or not.

If a Christian who was born again in the Biblical sense goes back to a life of willful sin and never truly repents of those new sins he/she will end up in hell fire, yes. He/she first accepts CHrist and then later rejects Him. God honors our choice. Those who reject Christ would not be happy being around Him for eternity. They will be better off dead. It is their choice. It is your choice. Do you choose life or death? Christ or hell? We all choose daily.

when I was young, I grew up in a home where my parents practiced the christian religion. My dad was a baptist preacher and my mom had other various duties within the church. This is what I was taught: when you accept god/christ as your personal savior, you go to heaven...period... you do not loose salvation. it is not a "ticket" to sin, but, as long as you repent, you have your ticket for the bus ride to heaven. If you die before you can repent, you are o.k. because you did not get the chance (this is one version that was shared throughout my childhood), another version was this.... "if you don't repent, you are not saved." christianity seems uncertain and scary to alot of folks, including myself. I got out of that situation as soon as I left home and was old enough to think for myself.... I like the sun god thing...

It is not a free ticket to sin. You change your ways when you are truly born again. Everyone sins, but you have to ask forgiveness and if you truly walk with God and change your life then you don't do bad things anymore. But when you do sin - you have to ask forgiveness for it.
