No: but one gram a day of powdered cinnamon can. This was reported recently in the science press. They do not know why it does so. and also lower ldl's

I 'have heard' that cider vinegar is good for your bad C.

As to the actual merits, I have not researched it.

I don't think so. You have to avoid raw meat, foods with fat in them, and alcohol.
