A few ideas:
1. Ask her to choose a gift herself.
2. Ask her what kind of perfume (something a girl can never have too much of) she wants.
3. Shop for a watch with her together.
4. Buy her flowers (I cannot think of any girl who doesn't like flowers).
5. Take her out to a romantic dinner (every girl likes that!) and movie.

I have the same problem coming up in a month. I think whatever I do, I'll greet her at the door with a single red rose. Try to find out if there is anything she's ever wanted to do but hasn't done. Like going jet skiing, or bungee jumping or something and you can take her and do it. Or you can just take her to the zoo, because she may never have been to one. Most girls love animals. Not just for kids either, my girlfriends 27 and she loves that stuff.

Depends on what kind of girl she is.
You could always cook her a great meal for supper, or take her out for a picnic during her lunch-hour.
Ooorrrrr..... A photo of the two of you? Write her a poem? A short-story about the day you met or the moment you realised how special she was?
If she's a little more materialistic than that, you can't go wrong with a gift certificate to her favourite clothing store.
