Sorry, as far as I know, the only one free for PC to Phone is Skype, and it is only free if you are in the US or Canada, calling the US or Canada, and on weekends they choose one country you can call free (if call originates in US or Canada), and that is just til the end of 2006.

If you live in another country, you will have to pay, the the amount is really minimal!

ohhh just stop looking for free stuff nothing in this world is free so start paying for things
