Just because people live in the U.S doesn't mean that they should burn other people's flags. It's disrespectful to other peoples' countries. Besides, in other countries they hardly ever burn other peoples flags. In the US there's a lot of flag burning of the mexican flag now. There aren't as many Mexicans as Americans who are burning other countries flags. Goes to show how much racism is going on in the US. People say that racism is the same in every country. I don't think so. I think the most racism is in the US.

A buzzard rag that Mexicans call the Mexican flag doesn't should not be waved here in America. Some imbecile put one up here and the next day, it was gone. I don't know what happened to it, but I don't care either because I would have done something myself sooner or later. Nobody will wave that piece of crap around me. It should be against the law for a foreign flag to be waved in America, especially that one.

There is a major difference, burning the United Statesian flag in the United States is a matter of freedom of speech. In this case the man was arrested "on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and reckless burning" the key words here are reckless burning. He had assaulted a tv cameraman YOU CAN'T DO THAT anywhere, if you do you get arrested.

That's a big load of crap. If a white dude is charged with a hate crime, I want every Mexican who burns the American flag to be charged with a hate crime. It's a total double standard. Then again, hate crime legislation is riddled with double standards.
