i TRIED TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD RECENTLY AND THAT IS WHEN IT STARTED TO HAPPEN

Again outlook express is not rejecting your password the mail server is. if you have to, contact your mail server admin and have them reset the password.

I would recommend that you call your ISP on this one.

If you changed that password, I'm assuming that you did it by using your ISP (or email provider) and then you changed it in outlook express.

Your ISP controls that password and it must be the same as the one in your outlook express settings.

There is also a possibility that there is something else wrong with logging into the server. Sometimes when you get the error that tells you that it can't login, please check your username and password, it's really something else wrong with the connection.

Maybe becase you are puttign in the worng password.
