ok so i have never seen cereal that doesnt have sugar as the 1st 2nd or 3rd ingredient. does that mean those cereals arent healthy? do any of you know of any cereals w/out sugar in them? or that is not a main ingredient? please answer seriously and

i mean i thought honey bunches of oats was healthy, but i looked at the ingredients and sugar was the 3rd ingredient! is that okay? is it healthy?

and yes, the order of the ingredients do matter. the 1st one listed is the main ingredient, and the ingredients at the end are the least used. get it?

plain cheerios don't have sugar...I'm diabetic and I can eat those

I have found that the cereal with the most fiber is the healthiest. I look for oat cereal with at least 8 grams of fiber per cup. You might want to try the new Kashi cereals.

No not at all....actually it only depends on what AMOUNT of sugar it contains....

I would suggest Special K red berries it tastes good and is healthy....

also you could try hot cereal...as in oatmeal or cream of wheat...add brown sugar it makes it taste good!!

Try the "Total" cereals. They taste like cardboard but still a healthy choice w/ 100% of your daily vitamins.

Kellog's Special K, Rice Krispies or the plain Cheerios? I'm not sure if they have a lot of sugar in them but them don't taste like they have sugar... so yeah.

Shredded wheat, plain Cheerios's, and rice crispy are cereals that has no sugar in it

Kashi brand is prob. the healthist for you. Some are pretty tasty, some like bark.

all processed foods have sugar...go to diabetic section in your grocery store
