Why are groups of blacks so loud in public places? Why do they (when in a group) enter an establishment and demand to be noticed...are these folks not taught any public conduct manners?
I just don't understand why they would think anyone is remotely interested in their conversations, yet the general public is forced to listen because they are always so loud.

It is my experience here in Atlanta, GA, USA that if you were to pick at random a group of people at any time of day or night the groups that were black would be the most often louder than the others around them compared to any other race/ethnic group, however, I also often notice that people who speak a language other than English often speak a lot louder than they should when they are around English speaking people. I wonder about both of these behaviors and it is unpleasant to be around these people. I know I always try to speak quietly and keep my group from making too much inappropriate notice in public. I notice other rude behavior that is associated more often with certain race/ethnic groups as well and it only makes healthy sense to discuss these issues in a diverse forum so that people can understand why problems exist between race/ethnic groups. Maybe if people talk about them rationally behaviors will improve and race relations will also improve.

I've noticed this too with some people. It isn't being narrow minded or mean, it just tends to be a group of black people. Normally its a black woman who is the loudest. I don't know why, some just do it. A lot of people are like that. "I'm going to do this because I can and I don't care about other people." Its like people talking on cells very loud and ignoring the cashier they are trying to pay (my pet peeve). Or blasting a stereo, I don't care if its loud but if all I hear is base as you roar by... you aren't cool. You actually look like a tool!
I try to be polite and kind and hope that people I deal with will be also.

Blacks are a very loud and boisterous by nature. They do EVERYTHING with more passion than the average person.
Even sex is done with a lot whooping and hollering. If it bothers you, maybe you're in the wrong neighborhood.....
I too like a peaceful meal in a restaurant. Just yesterday I had to move to another booth to eat because of loud talking Asian people with screaming little kids. No big deal

Maybe if you were having a good time or a good conversation you wouldn't have noticed. Next time join in maybe it will add a little spice to your obviously boring life. Besides there having been many times where I have been out and there were a group of white people that were loud it all depends on who you are and how much fun your having not what color you are.

You need to get out more or get a life. There are groups of whites, asians, mexican, etc. that are just a loud when they are in public places in groups. Why ask a dumb question!

i don't know but i think they want to be the center of attention or call attention to themselves which i think is quite rude, we all need to respect eachother, if that means keeping our voices down
