I am always feeling hungry and I just hate always feeling this way. Are there any good appetite suppressors that someone could recommend?

Can you try the following when you still feel hungry:
- a good helping of salad
- diluted yogurt

Best is to try both of these before you start the main course of your meals. I can tell you many, but try not to succumb to using appetite suppressors as they have some adverse effects also.

Make sure you get enough water throughout the day. A body can't tell the difference between hunger and thirst. Most the time when we are really thirsty we think it's hunger. Drink 8 full glasses of 'cold' water a day. Keep track of how much 'water' you drink.. coffee is not classified as water. some people put 8 Penny's on a window ledge, and when they drink a glass of cold water, they then put one penny to the other side and so on till all pennies are one side. This is one of many ways of keeping track.
Another appetite suppressor is putting a drop of lemon juice in the water.

There are no good appetite suppressors.

You should eat until you are full. Snack between meals on healthy snacks like fresh fruit and nuts, so you won't be as hungry at mealtime.

Grains and fiber-rich foods are generally more filling. Try brown rice instead of white, hot oatmeal or oatbran, and fresh green veggies.

adipex... generic name is phentermine.

it's technically only available by prescription, but there are a couple of overseas pharmacies that overlook that rule, from what i hear.

it's relatively inexpensive.. a 90 day supply is like, $108 i think.. but a half of one is enough to supress my appetite until dinnertime (around 7 or 7:30).. so taking a half of one per day makes that 90 day supply last for six months. $108 for six months' supply isn't bad... considering that it's effective.

It is proven to some extent that drinking water changes the taste that is present in your mouth and brain; this leads to you wanting less cravings of food.

Its part of a diet!!!!!
