As far as I'm concerned, they are both full of excrementology (study of excrement or fecal matter for those responders who had no idea what the guy was talking about.) For example take Mohammed, given that he went against his own teachings. But so did Jesus. Don't believe me? Here is a list http://ffrf.org/nontracts/jesus.php complete with references so you can look it up for yourself. Apparently many people don't bother to read neither the Qu'ran nor the Bible.
Free yourself from the chains of religion, then you will find truth. Just my two cents anyway.

That is so bad - yet I find it funny - I am reminded of Conan O'Brien at the moment when starts sing "I am going to hell when I die." after reading that question. Some might argue there is enough excrement to cover everyone - but honestly I don't buy that right now especially with way that yellow journalists and many in the Islamic world are trying to blame the victims for the wrongs of terrorists.

I would suggest that you use the word 'scatology', which is an actual word that has the same meaning as your coined word 'excrementology'.
