Your morning erection is caused by two things: your full bladder putting pressure on the prostate, making an erection more likely, and testosterone levels, which are highest in the morning. Testosterone is partially responsible for sex drive in both men and women (although men obviously have far more testosterone than women). So, the simple answer to your question is that the morning would be the best time for a woman to be more aroused, since testosterone levels are highest in the morning. However, since women have far less testosterone than men, they are less affected by it. In fact, many women's arousal is affected more by stress levels, anxieties, fatigue, etc. than by testosterone. So, if you must have a time period during the day when women are most likely to be receptive to arousal, the morning would be it--although it is not as pronounced as it is for men in the morning. With all that being said, many men (and women) think that the best sex is, in fact, "morning sex".

I think most women are hotter in the evening after a long, hot bath, and a glass of wine. Also, a little thc never hurts.
