Try drinking 2 packs of Absolute Voka, u'll ve a gorgious sleep, else take "histacin" this is actually a mdeicine of Bangladesh, so dont know what it'll be called in ur country, but this is the medical name, try searching it in ur medical stores, but i dont think they'll sell this tablet 2 u if u dont ve a presciption, coz this is a very strong tablet, if u take some 5 tablets at a tim u'll die, or else if u take 2 at a time u'll faint immediatly, 1 at a time will ensure a strong long time tight sleep, it'll be better if u take some couple of spoons of cold syrups which r not anti drowsing, this can also give u a sweet sleep.

Premosan is an antiemetic gastrointestinal stimulant, meaning it prevents vomiting. It is not a sleeping tablet.

I dont know how old you are, but i wouldn't recommend sleeping tablets for two reasons: One, it might have side effects, two, you need prescriptions for it. If you have trouble sleeping, research shows that warm milk actually relaxes your muscles and makes you drowsy, but then again, if you are not a milk drinker, then maybe over-the-counter medicines for colds (get the strong one; about 500 mg) would do the trick. These make us drowsy and lull us to sleep. That should be safer. And, hey, it's better safe than sorry.

sleep tight.

I'm more than a little wary of pills because of the side effects they can, and often do, have.

But have you tried a nice soothing cut of herbal tea before going to bed? It may not be instant, but it will help you relax. Try teas with chamomile or valerian root in them.
