ok i had a puppy it was a gurl.
while me and mom was out the puppy did her thing on my mom bed.So my mom throw it down the stairs and keep hitin it wit a shoes.so the next day i came down stair i see blood on da floor and where she was lyin at.so im askin it that time of the month for her or my mom had realy hurted her

Your Mother needs to be reported to the Police, Humane Society for animal cruelty and abuse.
Your mother has hurt the puppy in a very bad way. This puppy is in serious danger from injury and is in immediate need of Veterinarian attention.
If you can't get your Mother to take the puppy to the Vet, YOU CALL YOUR LOCAL HUMANE SOCIETY AND TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED, AND THEY WILL COME TAKE THE PUPPY, AND GET IT THE MEDICAL ATTENTION IT NEEDS.

If your puppy was under 5 months old, I'd say your mom hurt her. Poor thing! Tell your mom the pups a baby and it'll make mistakes like all human kids do. And with good training (not beating and throwing down the stairs) it'll learn.

Call the ASPCA - Or local Humane Society, they will come rescue the puppy.
....then get someone to throw your mom down the stairs.

She's just a puppy...she is not on her cycle your mom did hurt her. there is other ways on making her know its wrong to go in her potty in her room and hitting her with a SHOE is not one of them.. i suggest you get a training book and have your mom read it and do it the right way. and make her watch animal police!!!!

If your lucky its that time of the month. And i think you should keep your mom away from that precious pup. She is still young and dont know any better. You have to train her, not abuse her. It takes time. Good luck, and if it is that time of month, there are doggy diapers for that.

damn, your mom has a temper issue. tell her to relax. puppies crap and eat everything in the house. she shouldnt have thrown that dog. thats really sad to hear. if that was my mother i would have done something right at that moment. it saddens me to hear about people that dont take care of their animals. animals dont know better.
