Caffeine is basically a stimulant, so it does not stunt physical growth. There are some naturalists who will claim it does, but there is no real scientific proof of such. However, in a young person, it can cause hyperactivity and nervousness. All in all, it is of general opinion that one should avoid caffiene. But there are many things many professionals feel we should not ingest.
The way I look at it, hell, you are going to die from something one day.

no it doesn't at all, my mom had told me that when i was 12 and i ended up being taller then her. whoever came up with saying that must have been lied to just so they didn't want to drink coffee.

Not in moderation. My brother started drinking coffee as a kid, and he's far taller than I am.

I've been drinking coffee all my life and it never had any effect on me. My mom was 5'8" and my dad 6'2". I am 4'2".... see.... it didn't do a thing to me.
