Lifting weights bulks. Aerobic exercise tones.
Lots of reps with light weights tones.

Lots of reps builds capillary beds which you have to have in order to bulk. Ladies with a healthy body are more attractive than anorexic models. Studies prove it. Males usually subconsciously select healthy for partner.

For thigh toning use the treadmill. Set it as steep as it will go but select a slow speed - 2 miles an hour. Do until burn or at least a half hour (unless you are in such poor tone as burn is excessive)
