I do, but not to pick up women, just cuz I don't want to be known as a guy who smells. Any non-shower stench would only get worse the longer you are there.
Plus, who likes to shower at a gym? I am kinda uncomfotable.

no way, i wouldn't want to waste a shower just to get sweaty again and have to shower again. i go to the gym stank.

It depends, Sometimes when i feel dirty and i want to got to the gym i do. I don't enjoy the workout if I stink neither will anyone else.
