Why do people get upset when someone like me rejects other beliefs? I have found the truth. The nature of truth is that it excludes everything else. If I have found the truth why would I want to keep searching for the truth?

People don't get upset over that. It is when you try to push your perceived truth on others that they get upset. Each person finds their truth. Who is to say whether they are right or wrong? Are they wrong because it is not the way you see it?

"The nature of truth is that it excludes everything else"

The truth understands that other venues exist. Intolerance and single-mindedness are the roots of religious persecution and subjugation.

IF YOU really have found the truth, you will respect what your fellow man has to say. You may not agree with it, but you know it is there. Truth may be a light, but remember that light casts shadows. What lies in those shadows where the light is not shining? Part of the truth?

No one is capable of finding the truth of all things in one life time. If you think that you have then you have crossed over into the realm of delusion.

Remeber Belief is a far cry then actual fact or the true nature of a thing.

King Solomon said that "all is vanity, and vexation of spirit."
That has been improperly translated to mean that everything is
meaningless. But Solomon did not use the word "vain". To
do something in vain is meaningless. Like using Gods name
in vain, (half-heartedly). He used the word "vanity".
He was talking about egotism, false pride. All the silly things humans do. Like feel sorry for themselves. Trying to act bigger
than they are. And pointing the finger at everyone esle, (self-
righteousness), they do to try and make themselves feel
better. (EGO TRIPS). But all the things they do topand
make themselves feel better. In reality. When they behave in
these ways toward others. It only makes them feel worse.

Perhaps you ought to consider all you don't know, my friend. As Socrates said, we are wise when we recognize all that we DON'T know. Those who rest on their laurels, then, and are so presumptuous to assume that they have the truth - that they know all they need to know - are not wise, but foolish.

Jesus is the way and the truth and the life. When you believe that, you want to share it to others.
